This Pastoral Psychology Counseling is under the Association of Churches and is strictly governed under the Biblical Principles and Covenant ruled by God to His people. BTPWASH CHRISTIAN MINISTRY is supported by local churches, small businesses, civic groups and individuals that hold the same Biblical Principles and values for God’s people. NO FEES will be paid to this ministry by members that are being supported by their church, business or group. By choosing to receive this SERVICE, members cannot hold BTPWASH MINISTRY nor their home church, business or small group responsible for any legal matters or damage that may later need legal counsel due to ongoing problems beyond this counseling service. Each member must sign a waiver of understanding their right to legal Counsel over Christian Pastoral Psychology Counseling.

The goal of this ministry is to help churches and Christian businesses provide adequate professional service to their members and employees. This service will help improve better behavior among friends, strengthen family relations, increase the membership support to the church and/or your business, show more loyalty and better work performance and it will give each person a more positive mind all together. When churches and businesses invest more time and concern into their members and employees; it ends up becoming a win-win situation for everyone. The BTPWASH Ministry Services also provide theology study classes, conflict resolution training and cultural awareness training.

The counseling service is also available to anyone who holds Christian beliefs and values within their heart; and is willing to accept Christian Psychology counseling.  Anyone who is not supported by their church and/or business will still be able to use the service; but will be paying a fee to continue this ministry.  However, for those that are not being supported by their church or business, using the subscription tab will save you money.   if your church pastor, group president or business owner is willing to support this counseling ministry on behalf of their members, then you will not have to pay any fees.  Have your Pastor, group manager or your business owner contact this ministry to have a membership service plan setup for an ongoing discounted flat rate: for all church members, group members or all business employees.

The BTPWASH C.M works on a flat rate each month based on the number of church members and/or business employees in each group.  The list of names from each supporting group will revile the members that are being supported for this service. This list will let us know who a member of your church or an employee of your business is. Please contact us for more information and services which could be setup the same day.

Postpartum

For women before and after birth: “Postpartum” means the time after childbirth. Most women get
the “baby blues,” or feel sad or empty, within a
few days of giving birth. For many women, the
baby blues go away in 3 to 5 days. If your baby
blues don’t go away or you feel sad, hopeless, or
empty for longer than 2 weeks, you may have
postpartum depression.

Aside from counseling; Dr. O’Quin also does workshops and college course studies: Leadership and Employee Training in the work place and as a University Professor he teach three different Theology Courses.

1. Conflict Resolution: This three day workshop class will help managers and supervisors, operate with a more stable, calm and in control mind set when trying to resolve conflict between employees in the work place.

 2. Cultural Awareness Training: Every work environment is a culture in and of itself. However, the people in these locations come from many different walks of life and other countries as well. Understanding co-workers is not always easy and many people take their personal behavior for granted. Some think that everyone should accept how they behave, act and what they believe is OK among the work group. This three to five day training will be an eye opener to many workers who thought they knew their co-workers.

3. College Studies: Three different and unique Theology courses. Each course can be credited with 4 to 5 credits or a stand-alone certificate for each study. The courses can be taught in your home church classroom or the studies can be taught online through a group live video sessions. However, each class must have a minimum of twenty (20) students before the class can start. The list of study courses are available for download. Tap or click on the PDF file below to download.

Mission Statement and Goals of

Dr. Isaac O'Quin

  • The purpose of my ministry is to raise up Spirit-anointed members and leaders who can break through the barriers of life's trials, to know and hear when God is speaking to them, understand the principles of the Bible, and allow the Holy Spirit to apply these principles to the various disciplines of life.

  • I will guide members in building a broad-based paradigm for discovering truth. They will discern their God-given motivations and giftedness, and how to allow the voice, vision, and anointing of God to flow through these motivations and gifts to disciple the areas in which they work and minister. Members will become skilled at integrating the heart and the mind.

  • "The Lord shall make you the head and not the tail. You shall be above only, and you shall not be underneath." (Deuteronomy 28: 13) It is my mission to raise up Spirit-anointed members and leaders to disciple other cities and nations.

  • If Christians do not embrace the vision of becoming godly leaders and stretching to become such, unrighteous men and women will rule in many areas of society. Society is then hurt because the wisdom, revelation, anointing, and power of God are not sought by our leaders to solve society's dilemmas. Everyone in society suffers as a consequence. However, when the righteous rule, greater opportunity is given for a godly social order.

  • Ultimately, each person in society must make his or her own personal decision to follow Jesus. Spiritual servant-leadership does not and cannot force Christian commitment upon individual lives, but it can nurture an environment in which godliness is enhanced. The alternative is an ungodly environment in which wickedness flourishes. I ask you to join me in choosing righteous leadership, and in becoming one of these righteous leaders.

  • Becoming a leader will stretch you far beyond your wildest imagination, and make you a much larger person inwardly than you ever dreamed you could become. It is often a painful, yet exhilarating process. It involves death and resurrection in area after area of your life, as you die to your own strength and the anointing of Jesus becomes alive in you. It is a road which must be walked over an extended period of your life. My commitment is to guide you along a path to such a destination.

Mission Statement and Goals Part Il

Affirmations of my Faith and belief through Scripture:

  • John 1:1-4, Galatians 4:4, 5, Isaiah 7:14, Luke 1:30, 31,

  • Mark 15:25, 26, 2 Peter 2:4, 1 Peter 3:18, 19, Acts 2:24,

  • John 20:17, Romans 6:4, Romans 8:9, Colossians 1:18, 19,

  • Ephesians 1: 7, 1 Thessalonians 4: 17

My View of the Holy Scriptures and the Holy Spirit:  I believe the Bible is the inerrant, authoritative, divinely-inspired Word of God (2 Tim. 3:16). Even as Jesus "opened the Scriptures" to the disciples on the Emmaus road (Lk. 24:32), so today, we need the Holy Spirit to assist us by opening the Scriptures to our understanding.

Unity and Diversity: I ask for unity in the above essentials and encourage diversity in the non-essentials; which I believe includes the rest of our growing in theological truth and the development of our Christian walk with God through Christ Jesus. I respect those who disagree without becoming disagreeable. I believe that all methods of ministering and teaching should be Bible Centered on the infallible word of God.

Success Through Performance: is another important part of my mission statement. Our faith in God opens our awareness of His mighty and awesome powers and abilities to bless us. The desires and dreams we so often share about growing the church are wonderful feelings to have; however, they will never become a reality until we as a body of members get up and do something about them. We must get out of our comfort zone in order to have an impact on the growth of the body of Christ.

Members of the body of Christ: we must continue to give our best and be the best public servants available to those who desire to learn the Theological methods of Biblical truth. This will contribute to fulfilling the Great Commission of Jesus Christ, to "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations..." (Matt. 28:19).
